InvenBoost: Turning Foot Traffic Into Reviews, Repeat Visits, and Revenue

The Challenge
Independent retailers — novelty, lifestyle, and specialty stores — run on foot traffic and word of mouth, but most have no reliable way to turn a good in-store experience into a Google review, a return visit, or a referral. Owners are on the floor all day; follow-up never happens; the store's online reputation lags far behind its real one.
The tools to fix this existed. The workflow to make them stick, for a team with no software background, did not.

- Ongoing optimization of offers and timing
We started on the store floor, not in a codebase: where the customer pauses, what the associate says at checkout, and what happens in the 48 hours after a purchase. Then we built InvenBoost around that moment.
QR codes at the counter make leaving a review a ten-second act. Automation follows up with customers, thanks them, and brings them back with timely offers. A simple dashboard shows owners their review velocity, ratings, and repeat activity in one place — and the whole system was designed so a store manager could run it without training. Stores that adopted it saw reviews and repeat visits climb, and owners finally managed from data instead of gut feel.
