RezumeAI engagements are organized into four parallel workstreams, each mapped to phases of the REZUME™ Framework — Readiness, Enablement, Zero-Gap, Upskill, Measure, Evolve — and delivered as a hybrid (in-person + virtual) 4-week sprint: one course per week, cohorts of 20.
We don't implement AI tools — we transform how your people think about AI. Every engagement bridges the gap between "we bought it" and "we use it," using the tools your organization already owns. Pricing: $15K base + $250 per student per course (about $35K for 20 people across 4 courses), followed by an optional retainer for quarterly reviews and expansion support.
