RezumeAI started as an app for people who were tired of the job hunt. After years of helping college students land their first roles, the pattern was hard to miss: everyone had plenty of tools and nobody had a system. So we built one. rezume.ai puts the whole search in one place. A tracker for every application and interview. A prep kit that pulls the job description and the skills you will be asked about onto one page before the call. A template library, and short guides from people who have been through it. It is live today, and people still use it to get hired. Working with hundreds of job seekers taught us the lesson that runs through everything we do now. People rarely need more tools. They need a better way to put the ones they already have to work.

We created Invenboost for independent retailers — novelty, lifestyle, and specialty stores that live and die on foot traffic and word of mouth. Invenboost turns every in-store visit into a growth loop: QR codes at the counter that make leaving a review effortless, automation that follows up with customers and brings them back, and a simple dashboard that shows owners what’s working. Store owners with no software background started running on data, and their reviews and repeat visits climbed with it. It became our proving ground for a rule we still live by: fix the process first, then add the technology.

RezumeAI partnered with Forsure, an AI-native healthcare benefits company, to build the foundation of its AI platform — agentic tools for member interactions and document intelligence, the brand and messaging, and the go-to-market that carried it into the enterprise employer market. It was there, working alongside HR and benefits leaders every day, that we saw the pattern most clearly: organizations were buying AI, and their people weren’t using it.
