What is the REZUME™ Framework?
Most AI programs fail at adoption, not technology. Organizations buy licenses, run a webinar, and watch usage flatten. REZUME™ is a six-phase change-management framework that treats adoption as a people process: assess where a team actually is, redesign the workflows AI should live in, remove the friction between tool and human, train by role, prove the result, and scale what works.
